Who we are
Welcome to Fat Pumpkin Farm, nestled in the picturesque landscape of Aviemore. We’re Sophie and Jamie, the couple behind this small scale, sustainable market garden and flower farm.
At Fat Pumpkin Farm, we are committed to sustainable agriculture. Our goal is to grow fresh produce and unique flowers using eco-friendly, no-dig methods that enhance our soil and biodiversity. With our backgrounds in cheffing, hospitality, and floristry, we bring a unique blend of skills and passions to everything we do.
As we cultivate our garden and community, we are also eager to partner with local restaurants and businesses that share our commitment to high quality, ethically sourced produce. We believe that by working together, we can create a more sustainable future.
Alongside our seasonal veg boxes and hand-tied bouquets, we also host workshops, supper clubs, and pop-up dinners that make the most of what we grow. Whether it's a floristry gathering, a long table supper, or a laid-back evening of pasta and wine, each event is rooted in the seasons and shaped by the produce coming out of our field. It’s all about sharing good food, flowers, and moments, with sustainability and connection at the heart of it.
Join us on this exciting journey as we grow, learn, and share our bounty of Fat Pumpkin Farm. Whether you’re a local resident, a fellow food enthusiast, a florist, or someone simply curious about sustainable gardening, we welcome you to be part of our story.
